I wanted to do something different with my hair, so I decided to cut like 4 1/2 inches off and color it an auburn color. Still getting used to it...but it's sort of fun. Heath was shocked! Sorry about the pictures....bad lighting.
That is AWESOME that you can do that! I had to fear myself up for about 2 months to go a TINY BIT darker... then I hated it and went lighter with in a few days! You are so brave, I must say it looks way cute though :)
I did the same thing a few days before valentines day, and it took me a good week to get used to it. My hair is a little bit longer, though, and it seems to cooperate better in a darker color too. I love it, suits you well Liz.
